Sally Allen
Sally is the owner of Stanfield Air Systems, purchasing the business from her father in 1987, who retired in 1989. Sally worked in the business in high school and through college. She graduated from Georgia College in Milledgeville with a B.B.A. in business management and obtained her Non-Restricted Conditioned Air License after studying at Athens Area Technical College. For the past two years, Sally has served on the state licensing board for conditioned air contractors after being appointed by governor Sonny Purdue. |

Mitch Allen
Mitch is the husband of owner Sally Stanfield Allen and performs the duct cleaning services for Stanfield Air Systems. When needed, he also assists those working in installation and service. Mitch is very conscientious and his number one priority is making sure the customer is satisfied with the services performed.

John Broschard
John joined the staff of Stanfield Air Systems in September of 2006. He has been working in the heating and air conditioning business since graduating high school over 19 years ago and was employed with the same company until his move to Athens from Maryland. He is EPA certified and is skilled in new construction installation and system replacements. Other qualifications are humidifier installations, hard and flexible gas piping, duct layout, brazing, starting up and testing systems for proper operation and refrigerant levels. John is very conscientious and takes great pride in doing a job to the best of his ability and his aim on every job is to have customer satisfaction. |

Rex Coker
Rex has worked with Stanfield Air Systems since 1988. He began employment as an installer and then attended Athens Area Technical College after which he began performing service. Over the years, he has obtained certification and training in a number of areas including EWC Zone Controls, EPA certification, Georgia Power Skills Training, and factory training through Amana and Lennox. Because Rex has excelled with skills and knowledge in both installation and service, he is now foreman over the installation crews and provides technical support for the service technicians. Rex also assists with scheduling the installations and evaluating manpower required for jobs. He is a tremendous asset to the company and one our customers know well.

Drew Durance
Drew works in the installation department and has been with Stanfield Air Systems since October of 2005. He has been working in the heating and air conditioning industry for many years and is EPA certified. His skills of complete system replacement to new construction installations include brazing, wiring of control and electrical components including the latest variable speed products, sheet metal duct fabrication and layout, hard and flexible gas pipe installation, starting up and testing systems for proper operation and refrigerant levels. Drew has a great work ethic and believes in doing things correctly the first time.

Ricky Futch
Ricky has worked with Stanfield Air Systems since 1993. He received a HVAC Technicians Certificate at Athens Area Technical College and began working in the industry in 1980. His superior diagnostic skills enable him to service any make or model of equipment, including water source heat pumps. He has trained many other up and rising technicians and is an encyclopedia of knowledge that others refer to. Some additional training and certification he has received over the years include EPA certification, Amana and Lennox factory training classes, 410A training, zoning and others. |

Joe Holtzleiter
Joe came to Stanfield Air Systems in 1998 with a background in installation, both residential and commercial. Joe attended Athens Area Technical College, is EPA certified and has attended training classes including EWC Zoning, Manual J load calculation, dispatch and sales. After working in the installation field for Stanfield Air Systems, he was moved to our service dispatch position where he could assist customers over the phone and place work orders for those that needed a service technician. His skills furthered him to our sales position, giving him the ability to advise our customers on system purchases. With his background and training, he can calculate proper system size, design a duct system for correct air distribution and inform you of the latest technology available for heating and air conditioning equipment and accessories. Joe literally knows this business inside and out; design to installation. |

Debra Martin
When it comes to accounting and bookkeeping, Debbie has been keeping our records straight since March of 2005. She attended Gwinnett Tech and transferred to Athens Area Technical College and now has over 20 years experience in the field of accounting. She is skilled in the areas of payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger and filing quarterly tax returns. Debbie also handles our human resource needs including completion of employment forms and maintaining records for our 401K retirement and health insurance plans. She is a key player in managing the day to day operations of the office and providing support to our customers. |

Phillip McDaniel
Phillip works in the installation department and has been with Stanfield Air Systems since November of 2003. He has been working in the heating and air conditioning industry for six years and is EPA certified. His skills of complete system replacement to new construction installations include brazing, wiring of control and electrical components including the latest variable speed products, sheet metal duct fabrication and layout, hard and flexible gas pipe installation, starting up and testing systems for proper operation and refrigerant levels. Phillip will now be helping our customers through our service department. His great communication skills combined with his HVAC smarts will ensure our customers receive the service they expect. |

Olen Schmidt
Olen has been with Stanfield since November of 2006. He brings to the organization a wealth of experience in the HVAC industry dating back over 21 years. His experience includes overseeing 13 installation crews in new construction; design, installation and renovation of residential HVAC systems; training in R22 and 410a refrigerants; and preparing estimates and providing customer support. He holds a Master Restricted HVAC license from the state of Maryland. Currently, Olen is our dispatcher for the service department and maintains our computerized inventory records. His responsibilities include receiving service orders from our customers and managing our technicians’ schedules and dispatching them for efficient service to our customers. When the weather is very hot or very cold, Olen has the most difficult job in the organization, but always maintains his cool and provides the best customer service available. |

Michael Stacks
Michael joined our installation department in October of 2006, returning to the heating and air conditioning industry after working in construction and manufacturing positions. He is EPA certified and installs equipment in both new construction and residential replacement jobs. His skills include gas piping, brazing, venting, duct installation and wiring of control and electrical components. Michael is a dependable and conscientious employee who knows the importance of good customer service. We at Stanfield hope for his continued employment for many years to come.

James Strickler
James joined the Stanfield staff in December of 2004 as a service technician. During this time he has proven himself to be a team player and takes any necessary steps to provide the best service to our customers. He graduated in 2003 from Athens Area Technical College where he studied heating and air conditioning and took some electrical courses. James is EPA and NATE certified and has taken several training classes offered through equipment manufacturers. His skills include diagnosing any make and model of heating and air conditioning equipment, brazing, wiring of control and electrical components including the latest variable speed products, installation and wiring of zoning systems, refrigerant leak search, and general routine maintenance. His loyalty to the company and our customers proves to be a characteristic that is cherished. |

Bobby Towe
Since 1972, Bobby has been a loyal employee of Stanfield Air Systems. His years of sheet metal fabrication and heating and air conditioning equipment installation has made him an icon in the Athens area. His sheet metal skills are superior; he can fabricate metal quickly and maintain a quality like no other. Over the years, he has taught many men the importance of doing a job correctly and neatly. Bobby now provides support to our installation crews along with metal fabrication and inventory purchasing. His dedicated hard work has helped to make this company successful and has been much appreciated. Stanfield and Towe are two names that have been together for over 35 years and will be for many more to come. |

Delores Wages
Delores came to work for Stanfield Air Systems in 1993. She has a background in heating and air conditioning dating back to 1968, which is the year her husband, Henry Wages, established E & W Air Conditioning. She has held many positions over the years including dispatch, payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable. Providing great customer service over the years has proved her to be a great asset to the company. She now works three days a week, allowing her to spend time with her family and grandchildren. |

Jason Willard
Bringing with him over seven years experience, Jason has been with Stanfield since May of 2005. He currently works in the installation department during the day, and helps with service in the evening or when necessary. Because he is able to work in both installation and service, he is an especially valued employee. His skills of complete system replacement to new construction installations include brazing, wiring of control and electrical components including the latest variable speed products, sheet metal duct fabrication and layout, hard and flexible gas pipe installation, starting up and testing systems for proper operation and refrigerant levels. Jason is EPA certified and knows that a job well done is synonymous to customer satisfaction. He is a team player and holds a strong work ethic. |
