COVID-19
Safety Protocols and Practices
You, our customer, are important to us. We are actively and diligently taking precautions against the spread of COVID- 19. Here are the protocols for our team.
Our Commitment to You
-
Sick team members stay at home. If someone in their home is sick, they stay at home.
-
When team members arrive at work, we all take our temperature to ensure that no one is running fever.
-
As much as possible, we keep a distance of 6 feet or more between employees.
-
We are providing flu-prevention supplies and distributing health messages in our work place:
-
Tissues
-
Trash receptacles
-
Face masks
-
Hand sanitizer
We are actively promoting good hygiene practices both in and out of our offices:
-
Providing alcohol-based hand sanitizer for employees to use in the office and in their vehicles.
-
Promoting effective hand washing for at least 20 seconds (singing happy birthday to yourself twice while you are washing your hands with soap and water is a good estimate of how long you should be washing your hands for).
-
Encouraging employees to avoid touching their mouth, nose, or eyes.
We are doing our part to follow the OSHA guidelines for preparing our office and team for dealing with Covid-19. You can learn more about their recommendations here: https://www.osha.gov/Publications/OSHA3990.pdf
On the Jobsite
If you are sick or if someone in your home is sick, please reschedule your appointment. We do not want to spread Covid-19.
If a member of our team visits your home for maintenance, repair, or installation:
-
Know that our entire team has been practicing the Stanfield workplace protocol.
-
The employee will be wearing a disposable mask.
-
The employee will wear a new pair of nitrile gloves for each customer.
-
The employee will only enter your home when necessary. They may communicate with you to operate your thermostat and other indoor activities necessary to perform your system maintenance or repairs.
-
If the employee has to enter your home, they will wear shoe covers and maintain a distance of 6 feet from anyone within your home.
