Grab your popsicle molds, and let's cool off the tasty way!
Ingredients: 2 cups fresh berries (raspberry or any other fruit or berry of choice) 1 cup vanilla greek yogurt (or another favorite flavor) 3 Tablespoons honey (more if desired) Directions:
Puree berries in a blender. If you prefer a sweeter popsicle, you can add 1 - 2 tbs. sugar at this step.
Mix together yogurt and honey in a bowl.
Layer fruit and yogurt in your popsicle molds, starting with fruit puree, then yogurt, etc., until the molds are full.
Insert the popsicle stick and place molds in the freezer for four hours or until they harden.
Once frozen, run hot water over the mold for a few seconds to release the popsicle from the mold, and enjoy!
