Georgia Fall & Winter Bucket List

  1. Visit the Atlanta Botanical Gardens. This fun, family-friendly garden has something for everyone to enjoy. Learn more and plan your visit at www.atlantabg.org. Open Tuesday - Sunday 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. Check for winter hours.

  2. Hike to see one of Georgia’s beautiful waterfalls. Did you know that Georgia has over 700 waterfalls? Most of them are located in the Blue Ridge region of Georgia. Some require only a relatively short walk or hike. Pick one out that’s right for you at www.gawaterfalls.com and take in one of Georgia’s waterfalls this fall!

  3. Attend the Stone Mountain Christmas. From November to Jan. 3, enjoy holiday music, dazzling lights, and shows with your favorite holiday characters. Learn more at https://www.stonemountainpark.com/Activities/Events/Stone-Mountain-Christmas

  4. Take a Trolley Tour of Savannah. Hop on and off a guided trolley tour of one of Georgia’s most famous cities. Take in the sites of River Street, Forsyth Park, and historical landmarks throughout the city. Learn more or purchase tickets at www.trolleytours.com/savannah.
